Remove & Refit
We are capable of removing glass from the framework, and re-installing it. This is usually done to facilitate the moving of items in or out through a window, such as a sofa. All work is carried out at the customer's own risk. We are unable to remove the framework from the wall.
York boarding up services
If you’ve had an accident late at night, we won’t be able to replace your glass immediately. In this case, we will board up your window with plywood boards to maintain security, and arrange for the glass to be fitted once it is available. We operate a 24-hour* rapid-response York boarding-up service, to give you peace of mind when you need it most. We can also board-up large York commercial premises when the owner has vacated the building, or is in the process of a large-scale refurbishment, where the building needs to be protected against squatters and other intruders. All boarding-up jobs in York and the local area include a free quote on replacement glass if required.
